Jennifer Strull-Hudson
Practice Manager
Jennifer has been with KPS since 2012! As Practice Manager, Jennifer’s primary responsibility at Kurtzman Plastic Surgery is to educate, develop and nurture relationships with new and existing patients. She also works to build awareness of the practice out in the community. Jennifer has worked in the cosmetic surgery industry for more than a decade. She enjoys interacting with all our patients, and is available to answer any question you may have about the practice or your upcoming procedure.
Katelyn Gay
RN
Katelyn’s passion in life is to care for others. She has 11+ years of nursing experience in hospitals, including critical care.
Working at Kurtzman Plastic Surgery is a perfect fit for Katelyn. She helps with pre-and post-procedure care, and is trained to address concerns and questions from patients. Katelyn has been with KPS since 2020.
Jean Folchi
Medical Esthetician | Makeup Artist
For over 24 years, Jean has taken a passionate approach to her work in the skincare and cosmetic industry. She is continuously furthering her education about new techniques and products to use and share with her clients. Working in this industry has shaped her as an esthetician, and allowed her to work with many different people to expand her experience and knowledge. Services that Jean offers are: Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Oxygen facials, Chemical peels, RF Microneedling, Microneedling(Rejuvapen), Cryocorrect by Skinceuticals, MiraDry, TruSculpt, Lash Lifts, Waxing, and tinting. Jean has been with KPS since 2018!

Ashlee Boymel, a skilled medical esthetician and artist with a Masters Degree in Social Work, is dedicated to helping each patient achieve their skincare goals with personalized care and extensive knowledge. Ashlee understands the importance of listening to her clients and tailoring treatments to their specific needs. She offers a comprehensive range of services including Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Oxygen Facials and Chemical Peels. Claire Ehrman
Patient Coordinator
Claire joined Kurtzman Plastic Surgery in April of 2013 as a patient coordinator. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1984 and has spent most of her professional career in sales and customer service. As patient coordinator, Claire handles administrative duties including appointment scheduling and surgery quotes and truly enjoys meeting and interacting with patients.
Sara Westaway
Patient Coordinator
Sara joined Kurtzman Plastic Surgery in March 2019 as a patient coordinator. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Cincinnati in 2009. Sara has been in the cosmetic industry for 15+ years with experience in customer service and spa management. As a patient coordinator, Sara takes pride in educating patients on treatments and procedures that are offered at KPS. She loves interacting with patients on a day to day basis, and makes sure their experience at Kurtzman Plastic Surgery is top-notch.
Alexandra Sferra
Digital Media Specialist
Alexandra joined Kurtzman Plastic Surgery in 2021 as the Digital Media Specialist. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Sciences and certificate in Public Relations from The University of Cincinnati in 2018. Alexandra has been in the Digital Media Marketing and Public Relations industry for over 5 years, and continues her journey with us today! She takes pride in being able to show off Kurtzman Plastic Surgery’s success in making peoples skin and body dreams come true, and is excited to learn more about the Plastic Surgery industry more and more every day.
